[Chapter-delegates] Goodbye to the BoT and thanks for your support

Dear Patrick,

Congratulations on your successful completion of two terms as a Member
of the Board of Trustees.  If the Society has made progress on its
Chapter Development policies, most of the credit goes to the Board of
Trustees elected by the Chapters and I feel that you would have done
ample work in this area.

As Veni mentioned later in this thread, "Patrick has never complained,
and has always been trying to be positive - qualities, which are
difficult to preserve in today's world." This has also been my
impressions from meeting you on  a few occasions.
