[Chapter-delegates] Goodbye to the BoT and thanks for your support

Dear everyone,
I know Patrick long time before we joined efforts on the ISOC Board in 
the many attempts to try to influence the Board to start look more 
positively on the chapters' contribution, and chapters' place in the 
ISOC world.
I have witnessed myself the great way in which Patrick was ready to take 
initiatives, even if they were challenging... Or, shall I say, 
*especially *when they were challenging.
Patrick has never complained, and has always been trying to be positive 
- qualities, which are difficult to preserve in today's world.
On top of being a great leader in the ISOC world, Patrick is also a 
wonderful parent, and a great person.

It was a privilege to serve with him on the Board of Trustees, and it 
continues to be a privilege to know him.

Patrick, I hope that you will continue to be engaged in the activities 
of the European ISOC chapters, and will continue "lending" us your good 
spirit and positive thinking!
