[Chapter-delegates] Map of Chapters and review of your Chapter details

Just small comments :
- Why the name of the map tool provider s mentioned on the map ? Aren't
we using a licensed software ?
- Usually it will be better to have Chapter details when we click on the
name chapter name on the map, if not there is no need for map.
- Please don't keep email address written in the normal way
person at address.tld but use any other anti-spam model person (at) address
(dot) tld
Please change the contact address of the Tunisian chapter to
