[Chapter-delegates] Map of Chapters and review of your Chapter details

Dear Colleagues,

I'm happy to inform you that following our map overview of Chapters in 
ISOC's Annual Review, we have now also a Chapter map on our webpage 
available:

   http://www.isoc.org/isoc/chapters/list/

Furthermore, the web listing of ISOC Chapters by country has been 
updated and is now using the standard "ISO 3166-1-alpha-2 code".

I would like to take this opportunity and ask you to review your 
Chapter's contact details on our webpage and inform us of any changes 
that might be needed:
