Congratualations to ICANN and its DNSSEC team. It is an important milestone.

In Godaddy's Domain control panel for users, there is an option now which
says "Manage DNSSEC", is is an otpion for a domain registrant to implement
DNSSEC for his domain?  Also, when I tried this tab for a .com and a .net
domain name, a messge popped up to say "DNSSEC is not allowed for this
domain extension" Why is that?
