Lynn,

I guess I speak for many Chapters people in being very glad to read this 
endorsement of the Sphere and other participative, bottom-up and edge-in 
processes within ISOC.

Let's do energetically and decisively build up ISOC's positions this way; 
and let's do so with foresight, not only in reactive mode, with due 
consideration to the many angles this implies.
