This came in earlier today.
With most IT managers/ CIOs still thinking that IPv6 is something they 
don't need to grapple with *today* (I've been horrified by seeing 
figures of 2016 in the UK), it looks like the runaway train is 
ultimately looking at hitting the wall.
It will hurt.

Dear APNIC partners,

Thank you very much for your interest in helping to circulate the IANA
10% press releases.

APNIC received two /8 IPv4 addresses from IANA today.  IANA's remaining
IPv4 address space is now slightly below 10%.  With reflecting this
fact, NRO launched their first media campaign on this important issue.

Please find the attached NRO Press Release.  We very much appreciate if
you can circulate this important message to as many as people possible.
