[Chapter-delegates] Warning: Phishing attempts for mailing list credentials

Dear colleagues,

Various mails with malicious intent have been targetting our mailing 
lists. These mails typically announce a 'security update' of the mailing 
list service and ask the receiver to click on a link 'to apply the new 
set of settings'.

Please be aware that these mails do not originate from ISOC - they are 
phishing mails attempting to compromise our systems by stealing valid 
user credentials. You should not click any links in such mails, and you 
should not provide your user credentials in response to any such requests.
