[Chapter-delegates] Revising Chapter policies and procedures : Sphere Labels call - December 22nd

Dear Colleagues,

As part of the ongoing work to revise the Policies and Procedures for  
ISOC Chapters two Sphere Labels calls were held on December 22nd at  
UTC 11.00 and UTC 20.00. The discussion topic was:

* What services should ISOC Global provide to ensure the success of  
the Chapters?
* What should ISOC Global expect of the Chapters in return for those  
services?

Many thanks to all those who participated and contributed to the  
discussion. We had a good turnout of Chapter delegates, with 14  
chapter and member representative participating (despite the date!).
