[Chapter-delegates] UN request for info on ISOC steps toward enhanced cooperation

Thanks to all who have commented so far. I agree that the role of the
Chapters is very relevant here. Joly has given me some very useful
examples that I will use. I'd particularly appreciate hearing about
similar examples from other Chapters, especially in the developing
world.
