[Chapter-delegates] ISOC France consulted on "IDénum" by the Ministry

Congratulations on being elected  president of the Isoc France Chair. We in
Puerto Rico do not have anything like what your government is looking to do
in France. However, we would like to see the final outcome on this. It seem
to us to be a very interesting idea.
