[Chapter-delegates] Problems updated, urgent check over

Joly,

Thanks for your email. However my AMS menu shows me only the following:

-Home
-My Account
  -View/Edit Profile
  -My Chapters
  -Interests & Subscriptions
  -Reset Password
-Chapter Management (when clicked it gives me nothing but the "Chapter" that
has no link at all)
-Make a Contribution
-Logout

and nowhere to find such "Chapter Management Approval".

Unless there is somebody (it should be Mau Bello, the acting
president, if that is the case) already assigned to Administer
ISOC.PH<http://isoc.ph/>'s
AMS which I had no idea or heard from anybody/her yet.
