[Chapter-delegates] Problems updated, urgent check over

Rodel, it's necessary for an administrator of isoc-ph to approve you -
that person is usually the president - who, once logged in themself is
able to upgrade other members to administrator status. It's possibly
up to you to approve yourself - does ISOC possibly have you at another
email address? I am sure the AMS people will get you sorted.

The actual list of ISOC Chapter administrators + emails appears to a
piece of very restricted information - understandably so.

On a related note it really seems that the auto-notification to admins
of new applications should be #1 priority! Or at least add the chapter
admins to the terms pages so that peopleknow  who to kick!

As it is we all just have to build checking the AMS it into our daily
routines.. I've added the "Chapeter Membership Approvall" to my
bookmarks bar... I've been getting around one a day.


BTW I wonder how many individuals stumbling on the 'joining now'  link
on http://www.isoc.org/isoc/membership/whyjoin/ less than encouraging
as it only caters to organizational members.
