Hello Anne

1.  AMS data format lacks "view at a glance" functionality. There are about
30 members listed as pending approval. The table does not show the columns
such as applicant's address. It is necessary to take a look at those columns
of data, but the design is such that the applicant's data is to be viewed
one by one by clicking the 'details' button against each applicant's name.
This is cumbersome and doesn't really work at bad bandwidth speeds and due
to latency factors. This needs to be changed to a "view at a glance" format,
to the extent possible.

2.  To update member data, in some cases members have to emailed for
uptodate information. The ams portal is set to send out mail messages but by
default the reply to address is set to be a central ams admin address rather
than a chapter address. I have sent repetitive messages on this, but this
was taken note of, nor was there any response.
