[Chapter-delegates] members.isoc.org ->chapter membership data synchronisation project

To Whom It May Concern:
I noticed that the Data Synchronization instructions do not have any
instructions whatsoever on using linux to do it. I do not use XP, Vista or
MAC, however I do use Ubuntu at the moment. Any recommendations?
