Many thanks to all who have already updated their Chapter records 
through the AMS portal (https://portal.isoc.org/EBusiness/Home.aspx).

Following Anne's message(*) which includes all AMS supporting 
documentation, please make sure that you have updated your Chapter's 
designated Election Representatives by
