[Chapter-delegates] 2010 ISOC Board of Trustees Elections - ACTION NEEDED

Dear Colleagues,

We are in the process of preparing the ballots for the 2010 ISOC Board
of Trustees Elections (see election details attached below). The
designated Election Representatives of each eligible Chapter will be
taken from the ISOC AMS database. If you have already logged into the
new AMS portal, the access URL is:

   https://portal.isoc.org/EBusiness/Home.aspx

If you have never logged into the new AMS portal before, the
password-reset URL is:

https://portal.isoc.org/EBusiness/ForgotUID.aspx

Please see the attached "Chapter Officer Go-Live Guide" for instructions
on resetting your password.  This is required before you can access the
portal. This Officer guide plus an "ISOC AMS Overview Guide" can also be 
downloaded from:

   https://fileshare.tools.isoc.org/groups/membership/public/

If you have not done so yet, please make sure that the *Chapter AMS
Administrator* logs in to the system and updates the officers list of
your Chapter. The Chapter's Election Representatives should be listed
under *Current Officers* as *Chapter Voting Delegate* and *Alternate
Chapter Voting Delegate* .

     The deadline for this is 12 February 2010.

For any questions or problems related to the data update please contact
