Last year I took efforts to include, not only :"all interested", but also
tried to create interest in some with contrary views, to ensure a balanced
panel, but in such a way that the negative views, if any expressed would be
effectively handled by the rest of the panel. So apart from ensuring good
participation, we will ensure participation that does NOT appear to be
overwhelmed by the one (good) side.

I noticed.  Governments started talking about their right to govern. ccTLDs
are dangerous indeed.
