[Chapter-delegates] U.S. Court Decision: Email is protected by the Fourth Amendment

There's been a very positive legal development in the U.S. regarding privacy of email communications.  An Appeals Court in the U.S. has ruled that the Fourth Amendment, which protects against illegal searches and seizures, applies to stored email communications.   ISOC applauds the court for ruling that users have a reasonable expectation of privacy in their stored email.
