ISOC HQ has made some very important efforts to work with chapters. We feel
the ISOC support at several levels and hope to continue in receiving this
support.

Having several main principles like freedom of expression, internet is for
everyone, digital inclusion, net neutrality, accessibility and usability,
etc. is the first step and we already have this inside ISOC. Chapters have
to be in line with this main principles and one of the key factors for a
successfully relation is to consider the chapter point of view at national
level and the ISOC HQ point of view at a global level.
