[Chapter-delegates] Injecting Chapter Views - effectively

Thanks for the kind words Narelle. I'm always a little hesitant to
send those newsletters to the Chapters list, well aware of the wide
reach - and that nobody else is so forward..

I believe that Anne Lord has some presentation tools for chapters well
in hand. I think that, once one starts representing ISOC to others,
one becomes much more appreciative of the need for such support, the
confidence in knowing that one statements are broadly approved by a
worldwide network of Chapters.

Directly in answer to your question, personally I have been helped
more than once just by googling ISOC and the topic..
