Fred,

When you and me (and a few others) were on the board, we were mindful of that, and worked a lot to get more recognition for the chapters. Sphere project was started, but after 3-4 years it only looks like to have been a smoke screen to keep the Chapters happy and not interfering with ISOC management.

And the board let a budget and business plan being voted, with all the glaring gaps Christopher pointed.

So no, I'm not retracting this comment.

It took me that kind of electro-choc to start to have the chapters activities mentioned in the Annual Report...

Fighting fire by fire, is not smart, but it is lot of fun ;)

You and I have both served on the board. Even if it were true for some chapters, I would be absolutely amazed to find that at applied generally. I think you need to retract this comment.
