[Chapter-delegates] The Internet Society on the Wikileaks issue

One of our ISOC-Bulgaria Board members, Mitko Ganchev, published this on his
facebook page, and pointed it as a relevant information:
http://verbophobia.blyon.com/mastercard-ddos/
and then he and the Bulgarian ccTLD registry engaged in an interesting
conversation, which I find useful for our list. Daniel Kalchev, the .bg
ccTLD manager, said that the online world is no different from the real
world, and in real world, this actions are called an "uprising", and
sometimes they may go into "war", if the scale is bigger. Mitko countered by
saying that right now it's only a blockade of a main highway road (something
popular in Greece, Bulgaria, France), but could go into an uprising mode. He
further says something, which is consistent with my opinion - that the US
Government should have let Wikileaks go quietly, without too much noise, and
it would have died on its own.
