[Chapter-delegates] The Internet Society on the Wikileaks issue

Joly,

maybe this will be a different track and I don't mean to get into a row, 
but that same celerated "Internet Freedom" speech by Ms. Clinton equated 
the violation of intellectual property rights with terrorism, a view that 
is not universally shared (to the best of my knoowledge.)

I don´t know if I'm right, but I find much less of an inconsistency when I 
pick up that view with its two components.
