[Chapter-delegates] ISOC meetings at ICANN 39 / videos + more from last week / Aram Sinnreich at NYU Monday

It's been a busy week and the pace is not letting up, with ICANN's 39th
meeting under way in Cartagena Columbia. The best that can be said is that,
at least, Cartagena is in our timezone! Please note that a preparatory
meeting for ISOC members is being held tomorrow (Sunday) night and remote
participation is available. Also find below links to videos of some of this
last week's events, and to some details of the Level3/Comcast and NTIA/ICANN
tiffs. Lastly, notice that yet another great speaker has been added to the
NYU Computers & Society Series - on Monday Aram Sinnreich will talk about
'Music in the Networked Age'.
