[Chapter-delegates] PIR and wikileaks.ORG

Franck,
since when media is the right source for information of the way the
Internet works. PIR, AFAIK, has nothing to do with the fact that the
hosting company was suffering DDOS, and yet, the domain's DNS is still
with the same company, it's just moved to Switzerland server.
I think ISOC/PIR should actually issue a short statement with facts. I
am surprised they have not done it already, and distributed it among the
media.
