[Chapter-delegates] PIR and wikileaks.ORG

It still has something to do with PIR, it is a dot org domain after all, but it is not an action decided by PIR. However it raises question re policies between registry/registrar, etc...
The story, is everydns, a registrar for dot org, decided to shaft the domain wikileaks.org after being under massive DDOS attack (and may be other external pressure?). PIR is not involved here.
Several mailing lists are buzzing, about US gov taking down domain names, about the (D)DOS on wikileaks (is (D)DOS justified or not?),...
A ton of questions, that is in the realm of ISOC policy program. What's ISOC point of view while trying to stay away from the fight?
