[Chapter-delegates] Application to form a Chapter in Sri Lanka

Hello,

This is very good news. We would welcome this chapter in this region. This
application looks good already.

One of the Isoc IGF Ambassadors of 2008, Priyanthi Daluwatte is a Diplo
foundation teacher and works for the Government of Sri Lanka. She is at the
moment a member of Isoc India Chennai. She could also be asked to get
involved in the Chapter in Sri Lanka and be asked to offer opinions about
the promoters of the Chapter, if any opinion is required.
