[Chapter-delegates] Application to form a Chapter in Sri Lanka

Your comment brought memories back to me. As a young teenager (probably
when I was 14 or 15 years old) I read Arthur C. Clarke's "The Fountains
of Paradise", where he makes a very vivid description of a temple at a
mount. I can't recall the exact name and I don't have the book with me.
Although I'm sure it was a ficticious place, I'm also sure that it was
inspired in his experiences in Sri Lanka. I made a mental note at the
time to visit SL sometime. I am yet to fulfill that but I still have
time :-)
