[Chapter-delegates] Bug in the AMS system

hi Alejandro, all,

Please accept our apologies for the unfortunate choice of words. The  
request was motivated out of consideration for others in terms of the  
volume of traffic to the list rather than anything else.  Perhaps, a  
solution, as Franck noted, would be to set up a mailing list for  
reporting bugs (as distinct from feature requests?) where the archives  
are public. That way those who are interested in the conversation  
could subscribe, and the archives would be visible.

I'll talk with my colleagues to see what is possible.
