[Chapter-delegates] new tld approved

Well,
ISOC Bulgaria is not involved in the IDN ccTLD issues in Bulgaria, to
avoid any potential conflicts of interests. So I can't tell you,
Marcin, what's the status of the .bg IDN ccTLD :)

But the general procedure is listed on the ICANN web site, and for
example it was just announced the there was progress on another IDN
ccTLD request.

Point taken, and as you know, the One Internet concept is driving a
lot of the work that chgapters do.
