Marcin,

and, your response - very pointed and precise - points to the great 
responsiblities that Veni and the operators in Bulgaria and all other new 
IDN-ccTLDs carry: to avoid the fragmentation of the Net.

That, and avoiding the use of fast-track IDN-ccTLDs, handed to governments 
momstly, for stabbing incumbent ccTLD managers in the back.

We all need to take part and be vigilant.

This statement does not mean to detract from the great news and for a 
congratulations and best wishes to the new operators and the communities 
they will serve.
