[Chapter-delegates] [SEEKING VIEWS] ISOC letter to ICANN re: DNS security and DNS CERT proposal

I want to thank all of you who commented in response to the note below.  I received a large number of very helpful suggestions on the issues raised, which I very much appreciate.  I believe you will see them reflected in our submission, which took the form of a letter from Lynn St. Amour to the ICANN Board, also posted to the ICANN Consultation pages on the proposals.  I have attached a copy here, FYI.
