[Chapter-delegates] [SEEKING VIEWS] ISOC letter to ICANN re: DNS security and DNS CERT proposal

"..the facts to substantiate that statement have not yet been made available
to the community.."

Are there some facts we can have access about this? It can be a very good
point to start oir own position on this matter..
