[Chapter-delegates] ISP's and Google

Oddly enough, in discussions we have been having in my graduate program and at my job, this decision may leave ISPs worse off in the end.
I don't think they will be re-classified as a common carrier, but now they will be re-classified for sure, maybe something new. Also, don't forget that
the FTC may claim jurisdiction over this as well, and they are more concerned about competition and consumer rights than the open-net. Having 1
Internet provider in large chunks of urban America doesn't exactly scream free markets. It appears comcast has successfully shot the entire ISP industry in the foot.
