I think US chapters need a forum to discuss Open Inter-networking/Net
Neutrality and also work together to come up with a coherent message
chapters can use at the local level to work with local policy makers. If we
choose to move the discussion to the ISOC-US list I think we should still
let chapters outside the US participate. Another alternative is for ISOC to
setup a mailing list on Open Inter-networking.
