[Chapter-delegates] OneWebDay and Drumbeat

I'll say in it's defense that drumbeat is not a 'militant civil
society organisation' by any means, it's a worthy effort with much of
the same aims as ISOC, and which we should make every effort to
support it. It is very young, and still unfocused, but it could well
be a valuable partner in Community Projects.  But just because it's
the pre-occupation of the current Chairman, and former Executive
Director, of OWD is no reason that OWD should be consigned to the
scrapheap.

A very attractive OWD sponsor could be the WordPress Foundation, who
just scored $28,000 off the the recent WordCamp NYC

They could sponsor a full-on multi-user buddypress development for OneWebDay.

One suggestion punted out is that we just ignore the old organization
and work on OneNetDay - that would keep the techie quibblers quiet
too!
