Year round project is way too much work, and way too diluted, to be
effective, IMHO.
I wonder whether OWD is something which ISOC could help in finding
sponsors for?
I loved the concept of OWD, but if it's to metamorphose it into another
militant civil society organisation, well... there are already plenty of
these around.
