Hi Jon:
A very good speech and Intent to initiate and one of the most clear todate
on the aspects of openness of the Internet. Can we debate our three points
you have mentioned with some more comments.

+ The principles of openness and transparency ought to drive
Internet-related policies.
+ Care needs to be taken in translating these principles into regulation and
law around the world
+ Open multistakeholder processes are vital to the development of the
Internet and policies related to it

Some Questions:
1) How should we view the regulatory agencies which are blocking various
content inside the Country?
2) Skype , VOIP , Various Youtube content blocked by the Regulatory
authorities?
3) How do we neutralize the ISP's which find many bandwidth intensive
applications throttling their bandwidth pipes?
4) Some comments & views on advancing on all such issues via the OPENNESS
policy as its one or the other thing being blocked in turn?
5) What should be a local stance on the subject?

Regards
