[Chapter-delegates] [Ams-chapter-info] Notes and feedback from AMS Chapter Portal demos(Beta version)

Hi,

not having been able to take part in the demonstration I am seeing these 
snippets only for now (I'll go through the minutes later.

I only have to underline that some of the requirements Carlos Vera is 
mentioning here - support for international character sets, for example - 
have been a request from chapters for quite a long while now.

So maybe if these is not happening we do need to seriously discuss a 
deeper issue, identity management and standardization of names, which will 
not be an easy problem to solve.
