[Chapter-delegates] IGF Remote participation hubs

ISOC-NY has been approached to become involved in a remote participation
hub for the IGF in Sharm-El-Sheikh on Nov 15-18.

The time difference (-8 hrs) means that most sessions will happen when
we are sleeping in NYC so we do not feel it is a likely prospect, although
we could meet for briefings/discussion in the evenings. Other local
avenues, specifically the UN, are being explored.

Are any other chapters contemplating hub activity?

Could we maybe set up one online hub (in the small marratech or via skype)
for ISOC Chapters worldwide?
