[Chapter-delegates] (Almost) New board of ISOC Poland

A week ago, on Oct 4th, ISOC Poland held its annual general assembly
and new board members have been elected, as the previous board
had completed its 3 year term.

Józef Halbersztadt, Władysław Majewski and myself continue to serve 
on the board of ISOC-PL. Jarosław Lipszyc and Paweł Krawczyk did not 
run for re-election, and Jarosław became a member of the Supervisory
Committee. Piotr "VaGla" Waglowski was elected as a new board member.

ISOC European Chapters Coordinating Council (ISOC-ECC) was active 
in drafting the letter and was one of the initial signatories.
