[Chapter-delegates] Notes from ISOC workshop in Delhi (16 September 2009) available

Dear Colleagues,

On September 16th, ISOC held a one-day Chapter workshop in Delhi, India, 
with Chapter delegates from Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata, Nepal and Pakistan. 
We had a very long day with fruitful discussions and interesting 
questions. Thanks to all participants for their contributions, comments, 
ideas and feedback!
