[Chapter-delegates] Wordpress P2

I attended the recent WordCamp in NYC and one interesting theme that
was presented was P2, a stripped down version where "the back end is
the front end" -
i.e. the posting form is on the front page.

It would seem a good thing to use when seeking public input, or just plain
discussion.

I've set up a test installation at http://isoc-ny.org/p2/ - feel free
to go in there
and play around.
