Dear Frederic,
We already moved forward, after Jon's email. Still, thank you for 
offering your and ISOC's regrets.

Let's focus on the future - there are volunteers to have an ad-hoc group 
with the Board, to address ISOC - chapters issues/ Hope that we would 
hear back from the BoT with their proposed volunteers.
