Dear colleagues,

ISOC Belgium-Wallonia has elected a new president, Frédéric Taes, an
e-business pioneer with more than 15 years experience in the e-business and
innovation fields.

Frederic was delegate administrator while I served as president (2005-2009)
and our chapter has a lot of projects.
