[Chapter-delegates] ISOC Congratulates AfNOG on 10 Years of Achievement

Dear Chapters:

Last week, Lynn sent a congratulatory message to members of the AfNOG  
community on the occasion of AfNOG's 10th anniversary.  A number of  
ISOC Chapters and Members have been active participants in the AfNOG  
process over the past 10 years, making significant contributions to  
the development of a vibrant African Internet community.
