Hi everybody, please also consider Ecuador, we have some special points in
favor to participate in a very successful manner:

   1. Our VicePresident is a person with disability and have several top
priorities projects for this segment of people and organizations working
with them

   2. We have special laws for people with disability for employment and
social participation, fiscal incentives and other measures for those working
with this people

   3. Our institutional framework is very specific for the collaborative
work with and between people with disability.

   4. ISOC Ecuador has 9+ years of very successful experiences working on
digital inclusion including people with special needs or special advantages.
