[Chapter-delegates] URL change for Marratech

Dear Colleagues,

If you attend our e-meetings or other online conference calls using 
Marratech please note the following change in URL for Marratech:

Old: https://marratech.webapps.isoc.org:8001
New: https://marratech.tools.isoc.org:8001

Please update your ISOC bookmark in the Marratech application:

- start Marratech
- menu options 'Slides' > 'Edit Bookmarks'
- click the bookmark for ISOC
- update the URL to read: https://marratech.tools.isoc.org:8001
- click 'Update'
- click 'OK'
