Hi Everyone

Is ISOC and/or ISOC Chapters putting in submissions on the Notice of  
Inquiry on the Joint Project Agreement?  Our Chapter put comments in  
the last time around (see www.isoc-au.org.au - under recent  
submissions - the date against it is 15 Feb 09), as did ISOC.

The Sphere project has been working through consultation processes  
and this is a really good way to test the processes

First, time is short - comments are due 8 June, However Bill did  
circulate the Notice of Inquiry some time ago,  and it is not a new  
issue.  Also, Lynn talked about ISOC in ICANN at the Mexico meeting,  
and provided her paper so ISOC has thought about the issue and has a  
view already.

Next issue - will ISOC be responding to this Inquiry, and if so, will  
ISOC be circulating a draft response to Chapters for comment.

We, as a Chapter, would like to respond to this Inquiry on what is a  
very important issue, but would like to do so in coordination with  
others, so feedback very welcome
